Family Lawyer - Associate to Partner Level
Bournemouth

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the South Coast's most respected Family Law teams, which is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and is known for its collaborative approach, technical excellence, and commitment to delivering constructive outcomes for clients.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented and experienced Family Lawyer and can consider those looking at either the Associate, Senior Associate, or Partner level.

Led by two highly regarded Partners, this family team brings together specialists in divorce, financial settlements, private children matters, and mediation. With a strong reputation for excellence and a supportive, mentoring culture, the team has seen significant growth and continues to go from strength to strength.

The Role:
You'll manage a varied caseload that includes:

  • Financial remedy proceedings
  • Private children law matters
  • TOLATA and cohabitation disputes


You'll also play an active role in business development, helping to grow the team's profile and client base, while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A qualified Family Lawyer with solid experience in financial and children matters
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex, sensitive cases
  • A proactive approach to business development and client relationship building
  • A team player who enjoys mentoring and supporting others
  • An interest in mediation or ADR
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
