Job description

THE ROLE:
This role requires managing intricate financial disputes and a wide variety of matrimonial and family law cases on a private paying basis. You will deliver expert legal advice, oversee client matters, prepare legal documents, represent clients at hearings, and mentor junior team members. The firm offer the flexibility to work across their Merseyside offices.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in family law. Applicants should have strong time management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a caring, empathetic approach to clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership.

THE PACKAGE:
