The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Family Solicitor to join and lead our Family Department. This is a significant opportunity for the right candidate - you will not only manage a strong caseload but also shape, and develop your own team, influencing the strategic growth of the department.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of family matters arising primarily across Manchester and Stockport, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy work
  • Private law children matters
  • Domestic abuse and injunction applications
  • Cohabitation disputes, including TOLATA issues

This is a role for someone who wants both responsibility and room to build something of their own within a respected, long-established practice.
