Family Fee Earner – Nottingham (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Fee Earner to join a well-established and reputable family team in Nottingham. Applications are welcomed from both Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives and all levels of experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of both legal aid and private work, covering divorce, financial remedies, private law children and domestic abuse matters
  • Running your own caseload and undertaking advocacy
  • Delivering a high level of client care with a sympathetic and empathetic approach, particularly with vulnerable clients
  • Applying excellent technical knowledge with strong organisational skills
  • Maintaining clear written and verbal communication, with a practical yet friendly approach
