Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, PA, office management or Financial Admin roles is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental protection requirements.
• Strong IT literacy, including knowledge of industry-specific applications.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver a high standard of Workplace Experience.
• Manage Facilities related requests as the main point of contact.
• Proactively maintain meeting room standards and consumable stock levels.
• Oversee low risk subcontractor work and hospitality requests.
• Prepare monthly and weekly financial reporting stats.
• Deputise for the Contract Manager in their absence.
