Job Title: Facilities Technician (Electrical Bias)

Location: Gilwell Park, Chingford, E4 7QW

Salary: £35,134 per annum (Band D, Level 3, incl. London weighting & market supplement)

Contract Type: Permanent, on‑site role

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Facilities Technician with a strong electrical background who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and hands‑on work. From electrical fault‑finding to planned maintenance and compliance checks, you'll help keep our sites running smoothly and safely.

What you'll be doing
  • Delivering electrical maintenance, testing and fault diagnosis across our sites
  • Supporting general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating
  • Managing and prioritising work via our CAFM system
  • Ensuring all work meets health, safety and compliance standards
  • Working collaboratively with contractors and supporting estates projects and upgrades
