Job description
Key responsibilities and duties:
  • Technical support and hands Sardany maintenance work as required
  • To ensure the site is maintained to the agreed standard with+j the undertaking of planned and reactive service and maintenance, breakdown and fault finding and repair tasks on a range of electrical, mechanical and other services throughout the site.
  • Ensure maintenance and repair of real estate is carried out in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
  • To undertake general maintenance tasks and survey inspections in areas including confined spaces and at height
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with industry best practice and comply with the appropriate current regulations;
  • Identify and report any potential efficiency improvements and/or cost reductions in current systems;
  • Co‑ordination of activities with other internal and contractor staff where appropriate;
  • Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.

  • Competency with standard MS Office applications; (e)
  • Electrician qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent. Certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 18th eýham; (d)
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery; (e)
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical systems (d)
  • Working knowledge of plumbing systems; (d)
