Job summary

A facility management company in the UK is seeking a responsible individual to manage the interface between facilities management and users across key sites. The successful candidate will supervise staff and contractors, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and support the delivery of high-quality services. This role requires dynamic risk assessment skills and the ability to adapt plans to changing circumstances, while also maintaining records and assisting with additional duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage interface between FM and user occupiers at strategic sites.
• Provide advice to building occupiers and contractors.
• Supervise staff and contractors, liaising with teams.
• Implement health and safety plans and dynamic risk assessments.
• Responsible for service delivery and security measures.
• Develop and manage back office and help desk cover.
• Manage premises compliance for portfolio sites.
• Support delivery of high-quality facilities management service.
• Assist with risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Maintain records of incidents and accidents.
• Support central facilities operation as needed.
• Carry out other duties delegated by Facilities Manager.
