A leading facilities management company in the UK is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to uphold safety and compliance standards across properties. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in facilities management, with qualifications in Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Building Safety. This role involves leading compliance efforts, managing asset performance, and collaborating with stakeholders. A full UK driving licence is essential. The position offers a competitive salary of £55,000.
Salary: £55,000
Location: Borehamwood (elements of travel if needed to visit sites)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

This role ensures full adherence to all legislative requirements and industry best practices, directly contributing to resident safety and wellbeing.
