Qualifications

• Ability to pass DBS check is essential.
• Strong fabric maintenance background required.
• Experience with facility management systems is a plus.
• Manual Handling training is mandatory.
• Confident decision-making skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices is needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Carry out PPM's and maintain service records.
• Monitor contractors and support safety inspections.
• Maintain work environment and adhere to regulations.
• Report accidents or incidents appropriately.
