CONTRACT MANAGER - Facilities Maintenance Warrington | North West | £55,000 - £60,000 + Package | Company Van

Are you a Contract Manager experienced in Facilities Management or Commercial Building Maintenance? Do you have the capability to oversee regional contracts for a Mechanical and Electrical Facilities Services Company?

This company specializes in Service, Maintenance, and Minor Works projects within the Facilities Management sector, covering Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Gas, HVAC, and Building Fabrics across various buildings including offices and student accommodations.

Due to increased workload, they are seeking a Contract Manager to support the Operations Manager in building a team based out of Warrington to cover sites in the region.

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for service delivery to existing sites, developing relationships, and securing new clients. Your duties include managing Planned, Reactive, and Responsive Maintenance, overseeing small/minor works projects, managing in-house engineers and subcontractors, and handling supply chain management, staffing, and performance reviews.
