Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in working in a maintenance environment with a flooring specialism.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge and experience of relevant regulations and H&S procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the wider Facilities team in all operational aspects of flooring.
• Carry out planned and unplanned flooring works to current legislative standards.
• Plan and evaluate repairs, replacement parts, and inventory.

Skills
