A charity focused on supporting individuals with disabilities is looking for a Facilities Assistant in Belfast. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization across the premises, assisting with hospitality, and supporting daily operations. Ideal candidates should have qualifications in English and Maths, relevant experience, and knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. Working under the guidance of the Facilities Supervisor, the post holder will assist with cleaning and maintaining communal and office areas, setting up meeting and training rooms, supporting catering arrangements, keeping supplies and equipment organised, and helping ensure our workplace remains hygienic, comfortable, and well-prepared for staff and visitors.This opportunity is specifically for anyone with a disability, long-term health condition or difference, such as physical, sensory, mental health condition, or who is neurodiverse or has autism, ADHD, dyslexia or any other type of condition or communication, processing or learning difference.
