Job description
Overview

Want to shape and support a global community of facilitators delivering world-class learning experiences?

At MindGym, we use behavioural science to help people think, feel and perform better at work. Behind every impactful client programme is our network of freelance facilitators — and we’re looking for someone to help them thrive.

As Facilitator Network Manager, you’ll build and manage this community: ensuring consistent delivery quality, keeping our facilitators engaged and motivated, and turning insights into opportunities that enhance the client experience.

What you’ll be doing (and why it’s not your average role)
  • Define and maintain quality standards for facilitator performance and client delivery
  • Monitor sessions through feedback and evaluations, using data to spot improvements
  • Provide targeted training, coaching or briefing to raise the bar on delivery
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with facilitators - ensuring they feel valued and supported
  • Lead facilitator communications, engagement, and recognition initiatives
  • Manage onboarding and induction of new facilitators to ensure readiness
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to plan capacity and allocate facilitators effectively
  • Act as the go-to escalation point for delivery issues, resolving quickly to protect client experience
  • Use performance data to optimise utilisation, improve client satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency
  • Represent the facilitator perspective across internal processes and decisions
What makes you a great fit
  • You’re someone who loves creating community, keeping operations smooth, and elevating others to do their best work.
  • 3–5+ years’ experience managing others to deliver results - ideally freelance or contractor networks
  • Proven ability to maintain performance standards and manage quality at scale
  • Strong organisational and operational management skills, including workforce allocation and planning
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Data-driven mindset - able to translate metrics into action
  • Commercially aware, understanding how facilitator performance links to client satisfaction and revenue
  • Have experience in L&D, coaching, or behavioural science environments
  • Have managed international networks and cross-cultural communication
  • Know your way around Salesforce, scheduling tools, or other operational platforms
Why you’ll love working here
  • The chance to shape and grow a global community of facilitators
  • A role that combines operational rigour with relationship building and creativity
  • A high-growth, people-first business where your work directly impacts client success
  • Hybrid flexibility - time at home balanced with time in our central London HQ
