Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous facade experience with Tier 1 contractor or leading facade company preferred.
• Degree Qualified in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience with bespoke architectural facades packages.

Job Title: Façade Manager

Package: £57,500 - £60,000

INFORM3 Construction recruitment are keen to speak with Facade Managers for commercial projects in Mainland UK for a successful contractor working in all sectors of the construction industry such as residential, healthcare & commercial. This contractor has an excellent reputation in the UK, and focus’ on high rise, high value projects. They have an extremely low turnover of staff and offer generous packages

The Role

• Will be directly responsible for the day-to-day externals of the project
• Liaise and work collaboratively with the internal design team and any external team as and when required
• Reporting progress to Site Management and recording progress against a program deadline
• Work with the logistics manager to ensure deliveries and lifts are carried out on time
• Maintain high levels of health & safety throughout the project ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner
• Carry out the quality control, testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and façade
• Attending regular meetings on the site or off site with our team, the site team and the design team to ensure communication of all required façade related topics is clear and understood.

Requirements

• Experience with bespoke architectural facades packages
• Strong install experience
