Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within façade remediation, fire safety, or cladding.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee façade remediation projects on-site, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation, construction regulations, and cladding-specific standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct staff to maintain smooth site operations.
  • Carry out site inspections to ensure safe working practices.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, and Quality Managers.
