Overview

Fabrication Supervisor – East Kilbride. Hours: 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday). Overtime: Paid at 1.5x. Aspired Talent are currently recruiting for a skilled and hands-on Fabrication Supervisor to lead our client's busy workshop team in East Kilbride. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong sheet metal background—particularly in aluminium fabrication—and experience in MIG & TIG welding. You'\u2019ll take projects from design through to manufacture, ensuring top-quality output while fostering a positive and productive workshop environment.
