Job summary

An established FM company in Birmingham is seeking a Fabric Engineer for general maintenance work. This temporary role requires a qualification in engineering or trades and experience in maintenance. You'll perform plumbing, basic electrical, and mechanical tasks, and assist with additional adhoc duties. The position offers an immediate start, working Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm.

• Need a child barring DBS for this role.
• Experience in a similar role is required.

Fabric Engineer

We are looking for a Fabric Engineer to join an established FM company in the Birmingham area, helping to support general maintenance of a large site. This role is offering a temporary opportunity and an immediate start.

As a Fabric Engineer, you will be:

• General maintenance tasks such as plumbing, basic electrical tasks, basic mechanical tasks
• Assisting with other adhoc tasks such as painting
• Responding to emergency/ reactive works as needed

To be successful as a Fabric Engineer, you will need:

• Qual in any engineering or trades background
• Experience in a similar role such as maintenance man, maintenance technician, multi skilled engineer, multi trade role
