Job summary

A consulting group is seeking an experienced F5 Infrastructure Engineer to assist a banking client with ongoing project delivery. This role involves designing and delivering F5 solutions, managing configurations across both modern and legacy systems. Candidates need to deliver changes through automated pipelines and ensure compliance with security standards. The position is based in the UK, offering competitive daily rates and requires 2 days a week onsite.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and deliver F5 solutions to support project requirements.
• Develop and maintain F5 LTM and DNS configurations.
• Support AWAF and AFM ACL configurations.
• Work across production and pre-production environments.
• Deliver changes via automated pipelines where available and manual GUI for legacy installations.
• Ensure compliance with organisational and security standards.
• Participate in out-of-hours change delivery when required.
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage in knowledge sharing within an experienced SME.
