Job summary

A leading education provider is seeking enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants for a daily supply role across nurseries in Waltham Forest. You will support early learning through play-based activities, assist with phonics and help children develop social skills. Ideal candidates should have a Level 2/3 Childcare qualification and experience in an EYFS setting. This role offers flexibility while contributing to a nurturing environment for children aged 3-5.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant or nursery assistant.
• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification preferred.
• Warm, calm, and nurturing personality.

Responsibilities

• Support early learning through play-based and structured EYFS activities.
• Assist with phonics, early literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
• Help children with social skills, personal care and settling routines.
