Newtown - Sales Consultant Vacancy. No Sunday working
Basic Salary of £18,000 with an OTE of £45,000 / unlimited earnings / Full Time
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the purchase of their vehicle from viewing and test drive to finance options and delivery.
- Inform customers on finance, insurance and accessory products and build rapport to identify needs.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customers with aspects such as new products, forthcoming events, campaigns, while preserving a customer-focused attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and generate new customers through prospecting.
- Prospect for new customers face to face, by telephone, referrals, attending product launches and other events, and maintain your own enquiry database.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and update knowledge through manufacturer/management led training.
- Provide exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and good quality referrals.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and systematic administration of your work.
- Demonstrate strong customer awareness with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Must hold Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous Car Sales experience is essential for this role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong car/van sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet KPI targets.
- Confident on the telephone and face to face, with good product knowledge.
- IT literate and internet savvy.
- Hunger to succeed and willingness to step out of comfort zone.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
