Due to continued growth, our market-leading, award-winning Estate Agency client is seeking Experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their successful team. They have permanent opportunities available in both their Gloucester and Stroud offices.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with suitable recommendations from the whole of the Broker market for Mortgages and a panel of providers for associated protection policies.
• Conducting face-to-face and telephone appointments with clients
• Giving clients advice & recommendations
• Arranging mortgages and pure protection policies to achieve KPI's
• Responding quickly and effectively to all communication from clients
• Motivating and communicating with colleagues

Candidate Attributes

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent CF1 & CF6
• Minimum of 12 months Mortgage Advisor experience
• Planning and organisational skills

Working Hours

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, with a day off in the week (you will have the option to swap up to 2 Saturdays per month) + the option of hybrid / flexible working

Salary

Salary: £60k - £70k OTE inclusive of basic salary, car allowance and generous commission structure
