Location: Poole
Salary: £34, per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: MondayFriday, 08:0016:30
Additional: Occasional Saturdays (rotational basis)

We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Gardener to join our clients team at a peaceful ground set within the Dorset countryside. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining natural landscapes, and values conservation-led land management.

The Role

You will be responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of woodland, meadow, and landscaped areas, helping to preserve a tranquil and dignified environment for visitors.

Key duties include:
  • General grounds and horticultural maintenance
  • Planting, pruning, mowing, strimming, and seasonal tasks
  • Caring for woodland and meadow habitats in line with ecological principles
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards
  • Using tools and machinery safely and responsiblyEnsuring the grounds remain safe, tidy, and welcoming at all times
About You;
  • Experienced in horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenance
  • Knowledgeable in planting, pruning, and general garden care
  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
  • Passionate about nature, conservation, and working outdoors
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Respectful and professional in a sensitive environment
  • Relevant horticultural qualifications and experience in natural or conservation-led settings are desirable but not essential.
