Experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – Sleaford – £25,000 to £35,000

The Role

This role will see you assisting with and managing routine domestic and wider conveyancing matters within a busy, well-structured team. You’ll be involved in a broad range of work, including:

• Supporting fee-earners with residential conveyancing files
• Providing quotations
• Conducting necessary searches
• Liaising with estate agents
• Producing standard contract documentation
• Assisting with enquiries
• Handling exchange, completion, and post-completion work (including SDLT, Companies House and HMLR registrations)
• File closure administration

Key expectations

• Providing ongoing service to existing clients
• Working with fee-earners and Partners to develop new business
• Helping grow the Residential Conveyancing team and build internal referrals
• Meeting financial objectives and fee-earning targets
• Staying up to date with legal changes and best practice
• Ensuring accurate financial control, file management, and record-keeping

Full-time hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:15 (36.25 hours per week)

Location: Sleaford

Salary: £25,000 to £35,000
