About the Role:

Freemans Event Partners are seeking experienced Catering Assistants to join our dynamic team at Twickenham Stadium. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role that requires individuals who can handle the demands of large-scale events while delivering exceptional customer service. Your experience will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and quality our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Food Preparation & Service: Assist in the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Stock & Display Management: Replenish food, beverages, and supplies promptly while maintaining an appealing display.
• Till Operation: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience is Essential: Previous experience as a catering assistant in high-volume, fast-paced environments is a must.
• Commitment to all 6 nations games.
• 46 guaranteed shifts throughout 2025 for the right individual
• Skills: A strong understanding of food service operations and customer service excellence.
• Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with food hygiene practices (Level 2 Food Safety certification preferred).
• Professionalism: A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach to work.
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and event days as required.
