Responsibilities

• Maintaining KPIs and targets as a Technician
• Maintaining standards of the Service Centre
• Providing help and support to colleagues and customers
• Supporting the Service Centre Manager with stock management
• Managing the Service Centre during the Manager's absence
• Providing operational information to management teams
• Liaising closely with Technicians and Management
• Ensuring H&S standards are maintained
• Controlling and replenishing consumable stocks
• Arranging collection of glass and chemical waste
• Completing ad-hoc duties as assigned
