Qualifications

  • Experience gained in private practice or in-house advising leading bank(s) involved in the corporate finance market in the UK/Europe.
  • Ability to be pro-active in a dynamic and challenging business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide business teams on legal, regulatory and execution matters.
  • Provide internal legal advice on M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions.
  • Liaise with compliance, regulatory controllers, and credit risk.
