Job summary

A London based events venue is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, managing 2 Head Chefs and a substantial back-of-house staff. Passion for creating bespoke menus, along with experience in events and retail environments, is essential. A solid understanding of food safety and allergens is required, as well as a love for fresh and seasonal ingredients. This position requires recent experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have been in a similar Executive Chef position within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team at a unique events venue.
