Job summary

A leading catering company in Hereford is seeking a Head Chef to operate and maintain the highest standards in food production and service. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, excellent team-working abilities, and a passion for fresh seasonal ingredients. Qualifications

  • Previous experience at Head Chef level in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding and use of verbal and written English.
  • Experience in customer and/or food preparation environments is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor and control food production to the highest standards.
  • Ensure adherence to hygienic procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Plan menus considering customer expectations and nutritional value.
