A leading NHS trust in the UK seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities include managing the director’s diary and emails, preparing meeting agendas, and financial management. The ideal candidate has strong experience in administrative roles, excellent communication skills, and can handle sensitive information with professionalism. This role offers flexible working arrangements.
The post holder will provide high quality, proactive and professional administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer at Epsom and St Helier, supporting them to undertake their functions efficiently and effectively. This will include the provision of first‑class diary management support, e‑mail management, arranging and ensuring effective preparation for meetings, and financial management. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the Director’s priorities and key actions are driven forward, communicating these effectively to the wider senior leadership, and providing an interface to staff at all levels across the Group.
Understand the Site Director’s ways of working and priorities over the short, medium and long term, handle complex and sensitive information, provide bespoke and flexible support as new priorities emerge, representing these effectively to internal and external stakeholders where appropriate.
