Job description
About Us

We’rea leading global strategic advisory firm – known for our fast-paced, innovative, and high-performance culture. Our Group CEO is looking for you – a highly experienced, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant (EA) who can confidently provide exceptional business and personal support in a dynamic, international environment.

Ifyou're someone who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes ownership of everything you do – this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Executive Assistant to the Group CEO, your role will be central to keeping both business and personal priorities running smoothly. You\'ll need to be highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling complex demands with discretion and care. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Diary & Travel Management – Managing the CEO’s busy calendar, coordinating international travel, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Board & Senior Leadership Support – Organising meetings with the Board and senior leadership, preparing agendas, and tracking action points with precision.
  • Admin Oversight – Leading and resourcing the wider admin team to ensure seamless operations across the business.
  • Personal Support – Assisting with personal and family matters, helping the CEO maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Expense & Document Management – Handling expenses, managing credit card receipts, and producing polished documents and reports that reflect the firm’s standards.
  • Global Availability – Being available outside typical UK working hours (including some weekends), especially when the CEO is travelling in international time zones (Middle East / Southeast Asia).
What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be more than just organised – you’ll be a trusted right hand, a problem-solver, and someone who’s two steps ahead at all times.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Extensive EA Experience – You\'ve supported C-suite executives before – ideally in global or high-pressure environments – and you know what it takes to anticipate needs and keep things running smoothly.
  • Emotional Intelligence – You can handle sensitive matters with maturity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Technical Proficiency – You\'re confident using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and email systems, with excellent attention to detail in everything you produce.
  • Flexibility – You’re adaptable and open to working outside of regular UK hours when needed to align with the CEO’s international schedule.
What We Offer You

This isn’t just another EA job – it’s a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a high-performing global business, directly supporting a high-profile CEO.

  • After a successful 3-month probation, you’ll have the option to move into a hybrid working model – with flexibility to support both your needs and those of the business.
  • You'll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative environment where your work is both valued and impactful.

If you're a proactive, organised professional ready for a dynamic role, this opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact and grow within a forward-thinking firm.
