Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a business management, executive assistant, or governance support role.
  • Good understanding of UK regulatory frameworks for insurance brokers.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate board-level documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CFO and CRCO.
  • Coordinate the preparation of governance documents and materials.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and ensure agendas are prepared.
  • Provide secretarial support including minute-taking and correspondence.
  • Organise internal and external meetings and workshops.
