About the role

This is the first EA hire at Aspora and it’s foundational. You’ll act as a critical support system to the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring they operate with clarity, focus, and speed. You will also be responsible for the management of our office, Aspora’s vibrant London home in Shoreditch!

You’ll bring structure to fast-moving priorities and handle sensitive workflows with discretion and care. You’lll be the trusted glue between leadership and execution. It’s a high-trust, high-impact role at the heart of the business.

What you’ll own

  • Full CEO diary and email management

  • Maintain structured follow-up systems across action items, finance deadlines and executive workflows.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for every visitor - interviewees, board members, regulators, partners - delivering a warm, professional welcome

  • Keep office entrance, phone lines, mail and courier flows running smoothly and the entrance immaculate at all times

  • Coordinate onsite meetings end-to-end, book rooms, arrange catering and solve last-minute hiccups without drama

  • Build relationships with building management, cleaning, security and other vendors to ensure a well-maintained, hassle-free workplace.

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies so meeting rooms, common areas and pantries are always stocked and organised

Who you are
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant within a dynamic environment, bonus points for experience within a startup

  • Exceptional organisational rigor, superb attention to detail, and high personal integrity

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to orchestrate complex calendars, workflows, and deliverables in fast-moving contexts

  • Outstanding communicator who is calm, clear and concise

  • Experience liaising with multi-disciplinary stakeholders (finance, legal, compliance, ops) across time zones.Resourceful, proactive, and able to turn “undefined ask” into structured outcomes.
