Executive Assistant / Project Manager

Our client currently has a new opening for a Executive Assistant / Project Manager to come and board and play a key role in the organisation. This is a real lynch pin role and will require someone who is proactive, intelligent, has a high level of EQ and is crucial to the success of the business.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead projects through from start to finish.
  • Management of timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Stakeholder management both internally and externally.
  • Main point of contact for clients.
  • Set up and arranging meetings.
  • Handling ever changing diaries.
  • Awareness of status of each project.
  • Working very closely with Director and Team preparing client reports.
  • Preparing expenses and processing.
  • Client invoice preparation.
  • General admin and housekeeping.
  • Keeping database updated with client information.
  • Preparation of proposals and documents – proof‑reading and formatting.
  • Working closely with BD and Marketing Dept. regarding marketing and events.
  • Creating mailing lists and keeping them updated.
