Executive Assistant – Private Equity. £65,000–£75,000 + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits
West End- 1 Day WFH. 3–6 Month contract- Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable and emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to join a prestigious private equity firm in the West End. This is an initial 3–6 month contract role, with the potential to convert to permanent for the right candidate.

Supporting a Partner, Director, and Associate within a high-performing investment team, this role will place you at the centre of fast-paced deal flow and strategic decision-making. You’ll be based in beautifully designed offices and work alongside a collaborative and well-established EA team that prides itself on excellence.

We’re looking for a proactive and polished EA who thrives in a dynamic, high-expectation environment, is confident managing multiple priorities, and builds trust quickly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary management with frequent changes
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel
  • Inbox management and drafting professional correspondence
  • Preparing materials for board meetings and investment updates
  • Liaising with portfolio companies and key stakeholders
  • Processing expenses and maintaining contact databases
  • Playing an active role in team culture and office initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives, ideally in private equity, asset management or professional services
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach under pressure
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with strong communication skills and gravitas
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Graduate calibre and confident in client-facing interactions
