Executive Assistant –Financial services- 12-Month Maternity Cover. £60-70k plus bonus

Central London. Contract: Fixed-Term (12 months). 1 DAY WFH.

A leading global Finance firm is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to join its collaborative HR function on a maternity cover contract. This role will support a high-performing and internationally focused team known for its integrity, energy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary & Travel Management and coordinate complex, multi-time zone calendars and meetings
  • Arrange high-level travel logistics via an internal travel partner
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders globally, ensuring professionalism at all times
  • Organise conference calls, internal events, and team offsites

HR Project Coordination

  • Support recruitment processes, including interview scheduling
  • Help deliver training programs, inductions, and intern onboarding
  • Maintain employee milestone and certification tracking
  • Assist with global team event planning and HR operations

Executive Assistant Profile-

  • Proven EA experience in private equity, investment banking, consultancy, or similar professional services
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept at managing multiple stakeholders with professionalism and grace
  • Culturally aware and comfortable working across global teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with systems like Workday is a plus
