Amazon Web Services is seeking a curious, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders of the AWS Sales, Marketing and Global Services Legal team in London. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment and enjoys partnering with senior legal and business leaders to deliver impact at scale.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple senior lawyers within the outcomes‑focused Sales, Marketing and Global Services Legal team, with primary focus on Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Key responsibilities include complex diary management across multiple time zones, coordination of international travel and expenses, preparation of team communications and assistance with паведамлены meeting logistics and legal team events. You will act as a trusted liaison within AWS Legal and business teams, helping to streamline processes and anticipate needs before they arise.

Key job responsibilities
  • Managing meeting and travel calendars and scheduling
  • Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables across the team
  • Working closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the team
  • Organizing, executing, and assisting with team activities (e.g., meetings, off‑Weights, and team social events)
  • Managing domestic and international travel and expense reports
  • Performing other administrative support duties, as appropriate (e.g., expense processing, meeting note taking)
  • Contributing to team camaraderie and rapport
  • Traveling as needed to support leaders’ schedule and priorities
  • Experimenting with new technologies to help transform the way our team works
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent
  • Experience managing multiple calendars, or experience with executive‑level calendar management
  • Experience with productivity and communications tools including Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives, or experience with end‑to‑end project management
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working within a global company, with visitar responsibilities
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
  • Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritising needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company, or experience prioritising and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
  • Curiosity about the way things work, a proclivity to improve and simplify, and experience designing efficient processes and leading process improvements
  • Familiarity with AI tools and capabilities
