About The Role

Executive Assistant

Full-Time, Permanent

London, Site-based with flexibility (may include travel as and when required)

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a fast‑paced and varied role, providing high‑level administrative support to senior executives. You will play a key part in enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities by managing schedules, communications, and travel logistics.

Based in our newly renovated London office, you’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. As we progress through an exciting transformation journey, this is a fantastic time to come on board and contribute to our evolving success.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel logistics.
  • Prioritise and respond to incoming communications, ensuring timely and professional handling of emails and calls.
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other key documents.
  • Support financial processes such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing expense claims.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and distributing materials.
  • Ensure meeting spaces are fully equipped and set up to support seamless delivery.
  • Arrange detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursement requests accurately and on time.
  • Maintain well‑organised electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Conduct research and compile relevant data to support executive decision‑making.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Ensure the executive office environment remains organised, professional, and well‑maintained.
