One role will support the Chief People Officer, and the other will support the Chief Governance and Risk Officer. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you'll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure priorities are met with professionalism and discretion. This is a varied role where you'll handle sensitive information, produce high-quality documents, and play an active part in improving processes and supporting the wider EA / PA network.

What you'll do

How you'll do it
  • Provide professional executive support, including diary management, email monitoring, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and building strong relationships.
  • Produce accurate reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of EB members.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Directors within the People and Governance & Risk functions.
  • Plan and organise internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and minute-taking.
  • Lead or support internal projects, ensuring actions and priorities are delivered effectively.
