They are seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant, acting as a trusted right hand in a fast-moving and commercially focused environment. This is a senior-level support role requiring excellent organisation, judgment, and communication skills—ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, handles sensitive information with discretion, and enjoys making things run seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Diary, Travel & Environment
  • Own and manage complex calendars, ensuring direct reports are fully prepared for meetings and appointments
  • Arrange UK and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics
  • Prepare meeting rooms, refreshments, supplies, and technology setups to maximise productivity
  • Anticipate challenges and resolve issues in advance to support efficient time management
Inbox Management & Decision Support
  • Manage inboxes with autonomy, filtering communications and progressing actions on their behalf
  • Respond to correspondence where appropriate and elevate only when necessary
  • Track deadlines, approvals, and requests—ensuring timely and proactive follow-up
Meetings & Events
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for meetings and board sessions
  • Create agendas, take minutes, track actions and ensure follow-through on key deliverables
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events
Correspondence & Documentation
  • Draft and format emails, reports, presentations, and briefing packs
  • Maintain professional standards in all written communication
  • Ensure documentation is organised, accurate, and accessible
Project & Business Support
  • Contribute to wider business initiatives and special projects, applying commercial awareness
  • Act as a liaison between departments to support alignment and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with other EAs and Business Support professionals, providing mentorship and guidance
Administration & Financials
  • Process expenses, invoices, and track budgets as needed
  • Maintain and update relevant databases, logs, and trackers
  • Handle confidential data with discretion and compliance
Additional Expectations
  • Flexibility to support outside of standard working hours when required
  • A company mobile phone will be provided to remain responsive to urgent requests
  • Coordinate with other EAs to ensure appropriate cover, with some flexibility around holiday scheduling
Essential Experience
  • Prior experience in real estate in a senior EA role supporting C-suite executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal English
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Proven ability to manage complex travel arrangements and logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Desirable
  • Experience within real estate, development, or a property-related environment
  • Familiarity with corporate governance, board-level support, and project coordination
