Job description

We are seeking a highly capable, solutions-focussed Senior EA to provide 1:1 support to a C-suite Executive within a diverse portfolio of companies across a range of high-growth sectors. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of fast-paced, entrepreneurial businesses, providing exceptional EA support while also assisting with broader operational and project-related activities across the Group. The client is seeking someone with proven start-up or scale-up experience, who is used to operating in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment, with 5–10 years of experience.

In this pivotal role, you will manage complex and ever-changing calendars, coordinate international travel and logistics, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations for the Principal. A key part of your remit will be ensuring the Principal is always fully briefed, organised, and prepared – tracking upcoming deadlines, monitoring priorities, and supporting the flow of information across teams. You will also handle a range of ad hoc private duties, requiring the utmost discretion and flexibility. Beyond traditional EA responsibilities, you will support cross-functional projects by helping coordinate timelines, gathering updates from stakeholders, and ensuring follow-ups are completed. You will act as a central point of communication, preparing materials for meetings, maintaining oversight of key activities, and enabling effective, timely decision-making.

This position is ideal for a confident and professional EA who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, and can navigate complexity with calm and confidence. If you’re looking for a role where your impact extends beyond traditional support into helping drive organisation, clarity, and coordination across the business, we’d love to hear from you.
