Meraki Talent are working with a leading global Financial Services firm who are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to multiple senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage complex diaries across multiple time zones.
  • Arrange and coordinate extensive international travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders, managing communications with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including logistics and agendas.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, ensuring seamless support.
Executive Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as an EA within the financial services sector (essential).
