A global conservation organization is seeking an Events Coordinator to manage fundraising events, both in-person and online. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and organizational skills along with relevant experience in events management. This role offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary based on skills and experience, along with excellent benefits including a generous pension scheme and 25 days holiday per year.

Full-time: 35 hours per week
Contract: Open-ended
Salary: £29,000 per annum depending on skills/experience, plus competitive 12% pension benefit
Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata in year 1, increasing by 1 day p/a to 28 days

We are looking for an Events Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the Head of Stewardship & Development Communications and the wider Development Team.
In this role, you will be organising and supporting in-person, hybrid and online BirdLife-led fundraising, cultivation and stewardship events, both in the UK and internationally.
Delivering in-person and hybrid Development events:
Managing online events such as talks and Q&A
Supporting with BirdLife’s Development events strategy
Helping fundraisers deliver supporter-led events
Managing the events module in Raisers Edge including data input, maintenance and reporting
