Events & Engagement Manager, Manchester

We're seeking an experienced Events & Engagement Manager to join a fast-growing recruitment and talent advisory firm. This is a hands-on role working closely with Ops, Marketing, and the Senior Leadership Team to plan, deliver, and manage events and engagement initiatives that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events such as round tables, networking evenings, and hospitality experiences
• Coordinate diaries, logistics, and communications for key meetings and initiatives
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage suppliers, venues, and budgets where required

Candidate Profile

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience managing events end-to-end
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
