Your Responsibilities

Your responsibility will be to help our portfolio companies create the greatest conference experiences, which entails that you:

  • Create a vision and lay out a strategy for creating extraordinary experiences while innovating on opportunities and ideas
  • Make a detailed plan for how to execute the vision and strategy
  • Identify and contact potential partners
  • Promote events and close deals
  • Manage conferences by ensuring everything runs smoothly on the days of our conferences enabling us to always surpass our former high attendee satisfaction

  • Have acquired a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
  • Willing to work in a role with outstanding performance within event planning or coordination, marketing, public relations or another relevant field
  • Have a UK work permit
  • Have an exceptional eye for aesthetics and details
  • Are well-organised and able to structure and prioritise your work
  • Like to build and nurture relations

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.
