Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and conduct evaluations of programs, services, or systems.
  • Develop comprehensive evaluation methodologies and frameworks tailored to client needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Present findings and recommendations in clear, actionable reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the success of evaluation projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance on program improvement based on evaluation outcomes.
  • Support clients in the development and execution of data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in evaluation, research, or program assessment.
