Estimator

We’re looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team, helping to ensure the profitability and success of our projects through accurate, insightful, and competitive cost estimating. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to develop proposals that reflect our craftsmanship, efficiency, and innovation.

Estimator – What You’ll Do
  • Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates and proposals for client projects and internal use.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and requirements to produce cost analyses and time estimates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Present finalised estimates to the sales and contracts team for client submission.
  • Maintain and update cost databases, templates, and estimating tools.
  • Monitor and analyse project costs, adjusting estimates where required.
  • Liaise with design, manufacturing, and contracts teams to ensure alignment between estimate and execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process or system improvements that enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure all tenders and estimates comply with company policies, standards, and client requirements.
  • Assist in developing proposals that balance profitability with client satisfaction.
  • Prepare supporting documentation, proposals, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in review meetings to discuss project outcomes and identify lessons learned.
  • Maintain clear and organised documentation for estimates and tenders.
  • Support the Account Managers and other departments in achieving business objectives.
Estimator – What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in fit‑out, shopfitting, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction or fabrication processes.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and commitment to accuracy.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally and support projects as required.
