• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to utilise IT equipment effectively and adapt to new Software technologies.
• Working knowledge of various forms of contract.
• 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.

About the Role

As the Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of building projects. Your primary responsibility is to accurately estimate the cost of Civil & Groundwork packages. Usual duties will apply to this estimators position, this is a key position for an estimator ready to influence business growth and help secure profitable contracts within the residential sector.
