Are you an Estimator or similar from Construction looking to join an award winning Construction Company undergoing rapid international growth - allowing fast tracked progression into Leadership?

Step into an Estimating/Design seat where you'll price real enquiries, work with in-house engineers, and support smooth handovers to project delivery. Clear scope, strong team, and room to grow.

What you\'ll do

• Turn drawings/specs into accurate take-offs and quotations.
• Clarify scope with contractors/merchants and manage updates/variations.
• Collaborate with internal design/engineering on technical queries/value options.
• Prepare tidy handover packs for operations once orders land.
• Keep your pipeline, files and trackers up to date with high accuracy.

What you\'ll need

• 2+ years\' construction estimating/quoting experience.
• Comfortable reading construction drawings and working in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and follow-through.
• Confident communicator by phone/email with customers and suppliers.
• Able to commute to Swadlincote.
