About the Company: An established and progressive civil engineering contractor based in Glasgow is looking to add an Estimator to their growing commercial team. This company values long-term relationships, stability, and internal growth — with an average length of service of over 20 years across the business. As an Estimator, you'll work within a young and energetic commercial team, preparing accurate and competitive estimates across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone with an SME mindset and experience in water projects— adaptable, team-oriented, and motivated by quality relationships rather than aggressive commercial tactics.
You'll bring strong estimating experience within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector — ideally with some exposure to concrete, water, or framework-based projects. We're looking for someone who:
